To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Each individual may only maintain one customer account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts and forfeiture of accumulated points.
You may earn points by making qualifying purchases at participating vendors, completing promotional activities, or through other methods we may offer from time to time. The number of points earned may vary based on the vendor, promotion, or transaction type.
Points may be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits as offered through our Services. Redemption options and point values may change without notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Points may expire if your account is inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months. We will notify you before points expire. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Points are personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another member's points, except as expressly permitted by us.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by Namaste Rewards or our licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Services without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAMASTE REWARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Namaste Rewards and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any points in your account at the time of termination may be forfeited, except where prohibited by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
